Terms of Service

Reveelo

Revision date: 11 October 2026

1. Definitions and application

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website and services provided under the name Reveelo (the “Service”). “Reveelo” refers to the operator providing the Service under that name. Contact: marketing@reveelo.com.

“Customer” means the business or individual entering into the agreement. “Authorised User” means a person permitted by Customer to access its workspace. “Customer Data” means information supplied by Customer or obtained from a connected account on its instructions, including personal data. “Derived Insights” means the customer-specific calculations, inferred associations, reports and recommendations generated from that information.

The agreement consists of these Terms and any accepted order or separately agreed written terms. A data processing agreement governs processing on Customer’s behalf and prevails for conflicts concerning that processing. The Privacy Policy explains data handling; acknowledging it is not consent to all processing. A specific negotiated term prevails over a conflicting general term to the extent of that conflict.

2. Formation, authority and accounts

The agreement is formed when Customer accepts these Terms in the registration or purchase process or otherwise expressly agrees to them. A person accepting for an organisation warrants authority to bind that organisation. An account holder must be legally capable of entering into the agreement. The Service is intended for business use; mandatory rights applicable to a consumer are not excluded.

Customer shall provide accurate registration and billing information, maintain the confidentiality of credentials, grant access only to Authorised Users and promptly notify Reveelo of suspected unauthorised access. Customer is responsible for its users’ conduct within its reasonable control and for configuring their permissions. Reveelo may maintain records of accepted versions, authorisations and related timestamps.

Connecting an account requires authority from its owner and the permissions required for the enabled feature. Customer shall provide required notices to data subjects and establish a lawful basis for processing, without relieving Reveelo of its own statutory or contractual obligations.

3. Right of use and service provision

Subject to these Terms, the applicable plan and payment of agreed fees, Reveelo grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its internal business purposes during the agreed term. No ownership of Reveelo’s software or underlying technology is transferred.

Reveelo shall exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the agreed Service. Unless expressly agreed, no particular availability percentage, support-response time, historical reporting period, ranking improvement, attribution accuracy or commercial outcome is guaranteed.

Reveelo may maintain, update or modify the Service, including integrations and data-handling arrangements, subject to Section 18. Changes required by law, security or binding provider requirements may require urgent restrictions. Customer will be informed of material effects where practicable; existing contractual remedies and mandatory rights remain applicable.

4. Permitted use and customer obligations

Customer shall use the Service lawfully, within the agreed plan and the applicable integration permissions. Customer shall not interfere with security or service operation, bypass limits or access controls, introduce malicious code, access another customer’s information, resell unauthorised access or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Customer shall not reverse-engineer the Service except to the extent that applicable law grants a non-excludable right, nor use source data or Derived Insights for a purpose prohibited by the relevant provider terms. Special-category personal data, criminal-offence data and children’s personal data must not be intentionally submitted unless expressly agreed with appropriate safeguards.

Customer remains responsible for reviewing outputs, retaining lawful copies of its own source records and implementing decisions. The Service must not be used as the sole basis for a legally or similarly significant decision about a person without the lawful basis, human review and safeguards required by law.

5. Customer Data and processing licence

As between the parties, Customer and its relevant rights holders retain their rights in Customer Data. Customer grants Reveelo only the rights necessary to retrieve, host, transmit, organise, combine, calculate, display and otherwise process that information to perform the agreement and documented instructions, protect the Service and comply with applicable law.

This permission does not authorise sale of Customer Data, unrelated advertising, cross-customer profiling, disclosure inconsistent with a required permission or AI model training. Any use of aggregated statistics must be lawful, genuinely non-identifying where relied upon as anonymous, and permitted by the source-provider terms. Transformation or aggregation does not itself remove contractual restrictions.

Customer warrants that it is entitled to provide the information and instructions concerned. A blanket contractual warranty does not replace the contextual permissions required by Google, HubSpot or another provider, or transfer Reveelo’s own compliance obligations to Customer.

6. Google, HubSpot and third-party integrations

An integration operates only within the scopes granted by an authorised user. Reveelo accesses the data necessary for the enabled feature and disclosed in the Privacy Policy and relevant authorisation notice. Google Search Console access does not authorise unrelated Google access. HubSpot access and any third-party sharing require express permission where its developer terms require it.

Reveelo’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Reveelo will not create permanent copies of API content or retain or display it beyond the extent permitted by the applicable API terms, valid permissions and law. Restrictions applicable to derived or aggregated information remain applicable.

Customer’s independent relationship with Google, HubSpot and any other connected platform is governed by that provider’s terms. Customer shall maintain its necessary accounts and permissions. Acceptance of these Terms does not modify the rights of a provider or constitute unlimited authority to share data.

Third-party APIs, quotas, access conditions, retention rules and functionality may change or be withdrawn. Reveelo may alter, restrict or suspend affected processing or an integration where necessary to comply. Such changes do not permit unlawful processing, unlimited data retention or a blanket exclusion of responsibility for Reveelo’s own acts. Material changes are subject to Section 18.

7. Estimated attribution and write-back

Reveelo processes authorised search-performance, landing-page and CRM information to estimate associations between keywords and contacts, leads, deals or revenue. Derived Insights are inferred estimates and are not direct observations of an individual’s exact search query or proof of causation.

Results may be affected by incomplete source records, aggregation, privacy thresholds, reporting delays, missing associations, methodology choices and provider changes. An observed CRM deal value and the estimated keyword contribution to that value are distinct. No estimate is a guaranteed return, definitive accounting record or professional advice.

Customer shall independently evaluate the results before commercial use and preserve their estimated character when sharing or exporting them. Writing information back to HubSpot requires separate enablement and appropriate permissions. Customer is responsible for reviewing its authorised configuration and downstream use; Reveelo remains responsible for carrying out the agreed processing instructions.

Subject to applicable source restrictions and the agreement, Customer may use its customer-specific Derived Insights for its business purposes. Reveelo retains rights in its general methodology and technology, not an unrestricted right to reuse Customer Data. Removing or invalidating a source permission may also require removal or restriction of a derived result.

8. OpenAI inference and no training

Reveelo uses the OpenAI API for inference supporting keyword classification, analysis and recommendations. Only necessary inputs are submitted, such as keywords, relevant URLs, search metrics and summarised conversion counts. Contact names, email addresses, individual deal records and integration credentials are not intentionally submitted.

Reveelo does not use Customer Data, prompts, outputs or derived attribution information to train, fine-tune, calibrate or improve AI or machine-learning models, and does not authorise OpenAI to train its models on API content submitted by Reveelo. Optional training-data sharing is not enabled. This undertaking is not displaced by the general processing licence or amendment provisions.

No-training does not mean no processing or storage. Provider security logs and endpoint-dependent application state may be retained in accordance with the disclosed processing arrangements. No universal zero-retention, 30-day deletion or EEA-only processing guarantee is made.

Submitting provider-derived information for inference is permitted only where the source-provider terms, required customer permissions and data-protection arrangements allow it. Reveelo may restrict an AI feature if those requirements are not satisfied. AI outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique or incomplete and must be reviewed before reliance or publication.

9. Data protection and confidentiality of personal data

Each party shall comply with the data-protection duties applicable to its processing. For Customer Data processed on Customer’s behalf, an Article 28 GDPR-compliant data processing agreement must govern the processing before it begins. That agreement must specify the subject matter, duration, nature, purposes, personal-data categories and data-subject categories, together with the required assistance and safeguards.

Reveelo shall process such personal data on documented instructions, limit authorised access, impose appropriate confidentiality obligations and apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. Subprocessor appointments, changes and international transfers are subject to the applicable processing agreement and mandatory law.

Reveelo shall assist Customer as required with rights requests, deletion, incident response and legally required assessments. A processor personal data breach is notified to Customer without undue delay after awareness. These Terms do not replace statutory data-subject rights or exclude compensation or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Retention, revocation and return or deletion

Data retention is governed by the Privacy Policy, the processing agreement, Customer’s lawful instructions and applicable provider requirements. Historical reporting is not a grant of indefinite storage. The stricter applicable retention or deletion requirement prevails, including for identifiable or provider-restricted Derived Insights.

Customer may disconnect an integration or revoke OAuth permission through the relevant provider. On receipt or detection, Reveelo stops collection and synchronisation under that authorisation and disables or removes the relevant credentials without undue delay. Revocation and deletion of previously obtained data are distinct, but continued use of historical data requires a valid remaining permission.

On termination or a valid deletion instruction, Reveelo returns or deletes Customer Data as required by the processing agreement and provider terms, unless a specific lawful duty requires restricted retention. Customer should arrange export of data it is entitled to retain before closure. Export does not override provider restrictions.

Backup data awaiting expiry is restricted from ordinary use and deleted through the applicable backup cycle; deletion instructions must be reapplied upon restoration. Data retained solely for a legal duty or substantiated claim is not reused for analytics or AI. Deletion in Reveelo does not itself erase data independently held in Customer’s connected accounts or every previously authorised write-back record.

11. Fees, subscriptions and renewal

Fees, taxes, plan limits, payment intervals, subscription duration and any renewal arrangements are those disclosed and accepted in the applicable order or checkout. Additional charges require an agreed basis and appropriate disclosure; these Terms do not create an undisclosed automatic upgrade or surcharge.

Where automatic renewal has been expressly agreed, the subscription renews for the disclosed period unless cancelled by the stated deadline. Cancellation prevents a subsequent renewal but does not by itself discharge fees lawfully due for an existing committed term. Refunds and payment remedies are subject to the order, these Terms and mandatory law.

Reveelo may change fees for a future renewal on reasonable advance notice that allows Customer to decline renewal. A change during a committed period requires an agreed basis or Customer’s agreement. Reveelo may suspend access for overdue undisputed fees after notice and a reasonable opportunity to pay, subject to mandatory law.

12. Trials and beta features

A trial or beta is subject to its disclosed duration, scope and conditions. It does not convert into a paid subscription without the payment and renewal arrangement disclosed and accepted at enrolment. Beta features may be incomplete, modified or discontinued and carry no additional service-level commitment unless expressly agreed.

To the extent permitted by law, experimental outputs are provided without a guarantee of fitness for critical use. Data protection, confidentiality, source-provider restrictions and the no-training commitment apply equally to trials and beta use.

13. Confidentiality and intellectual property

Each party shall protect the other’s non-public business, technical and customer information with at least reasonable care, use it only for the agreement and disclose it only to authorised persons under appropriate confidentiality duties. These obligations exclude information lawfully public, previously known without restriction, independently developed or lawfully obtained from another source.

A legally required disclosure is permitted to the necessary extent, with prior notice where lawful and reasonable cooperation on protective measures. Provider-specific transfer restrictions and personal-data safeguards are additional obligations, not displaced by this clause.

Reveelo and its licensors retain rights in the Service, software, designs, methodologies and general know-how. Customer retains its rights in its own materials and data. Customer may voluntarily provide feedback for Reveelo to use without disclosing Customer’s identity or confidential information; merely using the Service does not make Customer Data feedback or authorise model training.

14. Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate for a material breach not remedied within 30 days after written notice identifying the breach, or immediately where the breach cannot be remedied or mandatory law permits. Customer may otherwise end the subscription in accordance with its agreed cancellation terms.

Reveelo may proportionately restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unauthorised use, a material security risk, unlawful processing, an applicable provider direction or overdue payment under Section 11. Notice and an opportunity to remedy will be given where practicable; urgent protective action may be taken first. Access will be restored where the grounds are resolved and continued provision is lawful and practicable.

On termination, the right of access ends and the data provisions in Section 10 apply. Accrued obligations and provisions intended by their nature to survive remain effective, including confidentiality, intellectual property and lawful liability provisions. Termination does not remove existing data-subject rights or ongoing deletion duties.

15. Warranties and limitations of the Service

Each party warrants that it has authority to enter into the agreement. Reveelo shall provide paid Services with reasonable care and skill. If a material failure within Reveelo’s control is reported, Reveelo shall have a reasonable opportunity to remedy it; where it cannot be remedied within a reasonable period, applicable termination, refund and other contractual or statutory remedies remain available.

Except for express commitments and mandatory warranties, the Service and its estimates are supplied as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free data, continuing third-party access, a particular SEO ranking, revenue outcome or the factual correctness of inferred attribution or AI output. Customer is responsible for its independent business decisions. No disclaimer excludes responsibility or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Reveelo shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, opportunity, anticipated savings or goodwill, arising from use of the Service. This exclusion does not convert an actual direct loss into an indirect loss merely by naming it.

For a business Customer, and to the extent legally permissible, Reveelo’s aggregate liability arising from the agreement is limited to the fees paid or payable for the affected Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This contractual cap does not apply where its application would be unlawful or unreasonable under mandatory law.

No exclusion or limitation applies to fraud, intentional misconduct, deliberate recklessness where exclusion is prohibited, death or personal injury to the extent non-excludable, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These Terms do not restrict mandatory data-subject rights or remedies under the GDPR or non-excludable consumer rights. A provider outage or change does not automatically excuse Reveelo’s own breach.

17. Third-party claims

Customer is responsible, to the extent established under applicable law, for third-party claims caused by its unlawful provision of Customer Data, unauthorised instructions or unlawful use of the Service. This does not impose responsibility for a claim caused by Reveelo’s own breach, negligence or processing outside lawful instructions.

A party receiving a claim relating to the other’s conduct shall give prompt notice where lawful and reasonable cooperation. Neither party may admit liability or settle a claim in a manner that binds the other without its agreement. No blanket indemnity overrides applicable allocation of responsibility under data-protection law.

18. Amendments and changing provider policies

Reveelo reserves the right to amend these Terms and the Service to address changes in law, security, functionality, recognised industry standards and the requirements of Google, HubSpot, OpenAI, hosting, database, storage and other providers. Revised Terms will be published with a new revision date. Material contractual changes will be notified on reasonable advance notice, stating their nature and proposed effective date; renewed acceptance will be obtained where required.

Urgent changes necessary to comply with law, address a material security risk or meet a binding provider requirement may take effect earlier, with notice as soon as reasonably practicable. Such requirements may necessitate reduced scopes, a change of provider, shorter retention, deletion or suspension of affected features. Changes to subprocessors and processing instructions remain subject to the data processing agreement.

Changes are not retroactive and do not automatically authorise a new data purpose, recipient, scope or AI-training use. Required consent or express permission must be obtained before the new processing. Continued use is not a substitute for consent where the law requires it.

If a material change adversely affects Customer’s agreed rights or the paid core Service during a committed term, Customer may raise an objection before the effective date or, for an urgent change, without undue delay after notice. The parties shall seek a reasonable solution. If none is available, Customer may terminate the affected Service and obtain a proportionate refund of prepaid fees for its unused period, subject to mandatory law. Lawful compliance measures cannot be vetoed, but they do not remove applicable remedies.

19. Governing law and dispute resolution

The agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to any mandatory protections under otherwise applicable law. The parties shall first seek to resolve a dispute in good faith through marketing@reveelo.com or their designated representatives.

For disputes with a business Customer, the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Consumers retain mandatory rights concerning governing law and the courts available to them. This clause does not restrict complaints to data-protection authorities or other non-excludable statutory remedies.

20. General provisions and notices

A failure or delay to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, it shall be severed to the necessary extent without affecting the remaining provisions, subject to applicable law. No replacement may alter the essential allocation of rights contrary to mandatory law.

Neither party may transfer the agreement in a manner that reduces mandatory rights or bypasses required customer, platform or data-subject permissions. Events beyond reasonable control may excuse affected performance only to the extent permitted by law; accrued payment obligations and ongoing confidentiality and data-protection duties are not automatically excused.

Notices to Reveelo may be sent to marketing@reveelo.com. Customer shall keep its account contact information current. Contract changes and provider-policy updates are subject to Section 18; privacy information and processing changes are additionally subject to the Privacy Policy and the applicable data processing agreement.
